An opportunity for you: e-Services IT Talent Academy
This is an ambitious project to train young talents and professionals specialising in the SAP application. The IT Talent Academy gives you a comprehensive technical training with a strand dedicated to soft skills. In class, you can listen to the testimony of our SAP Managers so as to get to the heart of the professional dynamics and culture of our Group.
How is it structured?
The IT Talent Academy offers 240 hours of in-person training at the Marghera (VE) location of Umana Forma, our partner, with a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday for two months. Students residing outside the region are provided with free accommodation near the center. The admission to the class is through a selection process involving an interview, and the course will start around the end of February.
Over the Academy, Human Resources – together with teachers and SAP Managers – individually assess the potential and issues of each student, selecting talents to join the e-Services team with an 8-month supply contract. The goal, at the end of the supply contract, is to offer the best young talents a permanent employment contract within the Company.

IT Talent Academy 2025 – Treviso
The 2025 edition of the IT Talent Academy will start at the end of February 2025, and will be held in Marghera, close to our Group HQ in Treviso, in the training HUB of one of our external Partners.
The Academy aims to train you on the main business processes, delving into the functionalities related to SAP and all its IT declinations present within our Group. As a Participant in the Academy, which will last six weeks, once you have completed the training period and passed the final selection, you could have the opportunity to join the Group in our headquarters in Treviso, working with our IT teams in an international and cutting-edge IT context.
